UDOO BOLT RTX 2080 Ti 11 GB
Do you know what happens if you try to connect an external Geforce RTX 2080 Ti to the UDOO BOLT? They play together! Quite well we’d say.
We must admit that when thinking about this project we may have been a little selfish. We may have thought about our lunch break. You know. During lunchbreak you eat with your colleagues, chat a little and spend time together. But how, we thought, could we make our lunch time nerdier? How can we make our lunch breaks l̶o̶n̶g̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ more enjoyable?
Well, we did have a pretty powerful board, and, having a blog, we also had a way to turn our project into a work related thing. Two birds with one stone!
Firstly, we started with the installation of Fortnite max specs on a FHD monitor. We tickled the board. So we installed Call of Duty WWII, one of the most famous AAA Games. Obviously with max specs but this time on UHD monitor. We tickled the board again.
We have read your questions, and we can confirm that BOLT works well with the RTX 2080 Ti and it’s a beast in the truest sense of the word.
The benchmark confirms our observations. We are testing different types of M.2 to PCIe adaptors, and for this reason, we do not currently have one in particular to suggest.
However, we will follow up this post with more information and test results, so make sure to follow our social channels! Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and Youtube.
Enjoy!
