Hi UDOOers,

we officially launched our brand new ticketing system to take care of all the problems our customers are experiencing. This system is fully functional and WILL REPLACE the email method we were previously using.

At the bottom of our support section you’ll find the Customer Care widget, clicking on it you’ll enter on: https://www.udoo.org/customer-care/ where you’ll be able to open a new ticket or check your ticket status.

There are 3 different help sections:

  • Shipping/Billing: for all the issues regarding lost packages, missing components, order status, payments, address change etc.
  • Technical Support: for all the hardware/software related issues.
  • Return Merchandise Application: for all the return requests.


From now on please use the previous contact form only for product info, partnership and news. All the request for Technical support, shipping/billing issues and Return Merchandise Applications will be taken into account only from our Ticketing System. If you don’t feel satisfied with the support you received via email, open a ticket so we can better help you.

We’re sure learning from our mistakes and from now on we’ll try to offer an improved customer care service, listening and solving all the users requests and needs in a faster and better way.
